2025 State of the Workplace
While 2024 presented many challenges for employers, HR and employees, 2025 is outshining the past from increases in minimum wage and exempt employee salary threshold, 
new laws including bans on discrimination in captive audience meetings, new independent contractor requirements, expanded leave rights for victims of violence, and new sick leave rules for agricultural workers, to AI's impact on the workforce, these new laws will have a significant impact on employers policies and practice. Employers need to ensure their handbooks are updated to reflect the numerous changes.  Understanding and implementing these changes is essential to protecting your workforce and reducing risk and exposure. National Voter Registration Day  

On September 17, 2024, organizations across the nation will be participating in a coordinated effort to get eligible citizens registered to vote.
