We can be your guide as your outsourced HR department – be it on an as-needed, on-call basis and/or a regularly scheduled on and off-site arrangement. We provide an array of comprehensive Human Resources (HR) solutions that cover the full spectrum of the HR administrative function, covering the employee life cycle and all organizational functions, including but not limited to consultations in the areas of Human Resources Administration and Compliance, Employee Relations, Workers Compensation, Labor Relations, Wages and Benefits, Learning & Development and Human Resources "Best Practices". Project fees for longer-term assignments will be established with a list of deliverables or milestones. Clients will be billed when a milestone has been reached. These terms will be outlined in a written contract describing deliverables and pay arrangements, including the ability of the client or consultant to alter the terms of the contract if necessary. Fees for individual projects will be based on a number of factors, including project objectives, scope of services provided, success criteria, budget (if applicable) and timeline. A retainer (determined by the scope of the project), will be required upfront in order to reserve a specific date or contract. Retainers may also be used in conjunction with any of the above pay arrangements.
