Dedicated support and guidance provided by a certified Human Resources expert for: HR strategy; assist you with creating recruiting and interviewing strategies to attract top talent and hire the best employees for your company; assist you with creating pay structures for your employees; Employee Relations and Compliance; Performance Management; Workforce and Labor Management; Policy & Procedure best practice; Hiring & Termination; and Leave of Absence Administration. We will also help you create compliant policies, procedures, documents, and job descriptions customized for your company - employee handbooks, onboarding packages, arbitration agreements, and more. Get the advice you need to make solid decisions in real time. Advisors are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. Advisors provide general knowledge and information as HR professionals. We have an attorney on staff if legal advice is needed. (Note: A one time $500.00 set up fee will be charged. Each agreement for monthly HR Guidance will include a maximum of 6 hours of HR Consulting services per month; additional hours will be charged at $150.00 per hour.)
